I have just finished my third and final year at Birmingham City University studying a joint honours in English and Media. I am a Journalist based in Birmingham. Writing enables me to express myself in the easiest way possible. Work Experience

ONE BLACK BEAR - SOCIAL CONTENT PRODUCER

June 2016 - July 2016

I was given responsibility and reign over their Social and PR online accounts and scheduled content on a weekly basis. I factored in ad hoc as and when required. I was also responsible for coming up with and implementing ideas on how to help market their biggest clients’ latest ad campaign to a younger audience.

THE SCRATCH - ENTERTAINMENT EDITOR

March 2016 - March 2017

Once elected as Entertainment Editor for The Scratch magazine I was responsible for delegating article ideas to my section’s contributors, liaising with PR companies to schedule interviews with musicians or for events, plus, writing and editing articles and gig reviews for online and print.

THE SCRATCH - SOCIAL MEDIA CO-ORDINATOR

October 2015 - March 2016

Upon election of this role, I was responsible for sharing any posted articles on Scratch Media’s blog to the magazine pages on Facebook and Twitter, I also set up a Snapchat account to be used as well.
